Be. Breathe.

There are times when life gets just. too. much.

Are you there?

Deep
in
that
pit
?

And there is scary stuff going on. And you’re not sure you can do it.
(anymore)

You’re working so hard to make everything work. Your work. The home. The bills. Dinner. The family. The friends. The kids. The person who needs more than you have to give. And they keep asking for more and you really just want them to notice you are in your own world of exhausting hurt and overwhelming stuff.

(and why aren’t they noticing?)
(oh right, probably because you are acting strong)

I’ve had some of those days. And when they hit for you, for me, the best any of us can do is to breathe.

Breathe.

And here’s the thing, for some of you – you already get it – you are there. You identify.
Others of you are fine… sailing… and you are really blessed. xo

But for those of you barely breathing. As ridiculous as it sounds, you need to stop and breathe.

And now would be good.

Hit play and…. breathe. Because really how often do you stop and simply breathe for five minutes.
Or one. Or even 23 seconds.
n.o.t.h.i.n.g.   b.u.t.   b.r.e.a.t.h.e.

Today that is what you are invited to do.

breathe.

for just a few minutes… you can do this. breathe deeply. it.is.okay.

Breath was the first gift given to us, it is the last one we use.
It is the gift given by our Maker that holds us. Loves us. Supports us.

So yeah, for just a few minutes be intentional on noticing FULLY this gift.

You’ll never be sorry for stopping, and simply breathing, for those few minutes of intentional sacred breathing.
These thin places.
In this breath, in this space, you are held. you are supported. you are loved.

  1. So, so good! I stopped right away, closed my eyes and took a few deep breaths. I felt my shoulders drop.
Thank you for this valuable message.
